House of Mika Couture, an award-winning boutique, is looking for a friendly, professional Shop Assistant to join our growing team!
🕒 Hours: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
💷 Pay: £6.50–£15/hr (including commission)
📍 Location: Bolton, BL1 8DF

What you’ll do:
- Provide excellent customer service from enquiry to aftercare
- Handle sales, cash, receipts, and order processing
- Answer customer calls, messages (WhatsApp, SMS), and emails
- Assist with stock management, packaging, and posting orders
- Support diary management, paperwork, and shop floor tasks
- Help with forward planning and boutique projects
Requirements:
- Experience in retail essential, knowledge of Indian clothing preferred
- Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure
- Fluent in Gujarati or Urdu
- Immediate availability
