We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented School Cleaner to join our team at a school located on Chaucer Road, Rotherham.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 3:00pm – 5:00pm
- 10 hours per week
- Term-time only, plus 3 weeks of deep cleaning during school holidays
Pay:
- £12.50 per hour
Key responsibilities:
- Cleaning classrooms, toilets, kitchens, and designated areas
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, and emptying bins
- Dusting furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Cleaning windows and glass surfaces
- Restocking cleaning supplies as required
- Following cleaning procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
Requirements:
- DBS check required to work within the school
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
