About the Role:
Join Kitchen Table, a Michelin 2-star restaurant, as a Bar Manager. Lead an intimate bar service for 20 guests per evening, develop innovative cocktails and beverage programs, and inspire both guests and your team with exceptional service. This is a hands-on role where your personality and passion for hospitality make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the bar and lounge, ensuring smooth service
- Develop and maintain a full drinks program (cocktails, digestifs, aperitifs, non-alcoholic)
- Welcome and attend to guests, delivering a memorable experience
- Train, motivate, and lead waiting staff
- Oversee stock management, health & safety, and bar operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Bar Manager experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant
- Warm, personable, and hands-on with attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and train a team
- Passion for food and beverage, with excellent knowledge of drinks
- Eagerness to grow within a critically acclaimed restaurant group
