We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team in Bradford. This role involves ensuring windows on residential and commercial properties are spotless and streak-free, delivering exceptional service and client satisfaction. Prior experience isn’t required — full training will be provided — but a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean windows to a high standard using appropriate tools and solutions
- Work safely at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or specialised equipment
- Ensure windows meet client expectations for clarity and cleanliness
- Maintain safety standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs
- Manage cleaning equipment responsibly and keep it well-maintained
- Complete tasks efficiently while upholding quality standards
- Report maintenance or safety issues promptly
Requirements
- Valid driving licence preferred for travel between sites
- Good spoken and written English
- Previous window cleaning experience is a plus but not essential (training provided)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and capable of working at heights and handling equipment safely
