Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Retail Manager to lead our store team. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards across the store. This is a dynamic role for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive and exceed store sales targets
- Train, develop, and provide continuous feedback to your team
- Manage staff scheduling according to operational needs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain high standards of the store, including back-of-house operations
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and hygiene regulations
- Analyse sales and financial data to inform marketing and operational strategies
- Manage stock ordering and inventory efficiently
