Salary: From £24,796 FTE (pro-rated for part-time)

About the Role
Highfields Primary Academy is looking for a friendly and responsible Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team. You will support pupils during lunch by supervising the dining area, playground, and school premises, helping ensure a safe and positive environment for all students.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and contributing to a supportive school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pupils during lunchtime in the dining hall, playground, and around the school
- Encourage positive behaviour and ensure safety at all times
- Support pupils with mealtime routines and school rules
- Report any concerns or incidents promptly to senior staff
