About the Role:
Join Triple Scoop as an Ice Cream / Gelato Maker! This hands-on role combines gelato production and local deliveries. You’ll create high-quality ice cream, sorbets, and frozen desserts for retail and wholesale customers, then deliver products to nearby cafés, restaurants, and venues.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare gelato, ice cream, and desserts following recipes
- Operate commercial gelato & ice cream machines safely
- Assist with new flavours and product ideas
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the production area
- Monitor ingredients and assist with stock rotation
- Complete local deliveries on assigned days
Work Pattern:
- 3 days: Gelato & ice cream production
- 2 days: Local deliveries
- Monday–Friday (no weekends), 8-hour shifts
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, punctual, and organised
- Quick learner, positive attitude
- Comfortable working independently or in a small team
- Full UK driving licence required
- Interest in food, desserts, or production work
Experience:
- Food production, kitchens, bakeries, or cafés experience preferred but not essential
- Food Hygiene Level 2 preferred (training provided)
- Full training on gelato production and equipment included
