About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Poultry/Farm Worker to join our team during busy periods. No previous poultry or farm experience is required as full training will be provided, although prior experience is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of animal and bird welfare
- Collect and pack eggs
- Perform basic maintenance and general farm duties
- Move pallets using a pallet truck or forklift
- Keep work areas clean and tidy
- Maintain safe working practices and high biosecurity standards
Requirements
- Reliable, responsible, and hardworking
- Comfortable working hands-on and performing physical tasks
- Confident around hens and animals
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn and demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude
- Own transport is essential
- No avian contact at home
