About the Role
Total Clean Solihull is looking for reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operatives to join our team at the prestigious Virgin Active Gym in Solihull.
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all gym members.
Available Shifts (Flexible)
Weekdays:
- 05:30 – 09:30 (Male)
- 07:00 – 11:00 (Female)
- 19:30 – 22:30 (Male & Female)
Weekends:
- 07:30 – 11:30 (Male & Female)
- 17:30 – 20:30 (Male or Female)
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise gym equipment and high-touch surfaces
- Mop, vacuum, dust, and empty bins
- Maintain locker rooms, showers, and communal areas
- Ensure all areas meet high hygiene and safety standards
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (training provided)
- Punctual, proactive, and responsible
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Reliable transport is essential (limited bus services outside 06:00–21:45)
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Basic English communication skills required
