About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team.
You will play a key role in ensuring our guest rooms are clean, comfortable and maintained to the highest standards, helping to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards
- Make beds, change linens and replenish amenities
- Vacuum, dust and maintain all surfaces
- Thoroughly clean and sanitise bathrooms
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Respond to guest requests professionally and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team
