About the Role
We are seeking warm, engaging, and detail-oriented Hotel Receptionists (Guest Relations Associates) to join our Front Office team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will create memorable first impressions, ensure smooth arrivals and departures, and provide thoughtful, personalised service throughout each guest’s stay.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage check-in and check-out procedures seamlessly
- Anticipate guest needs and personalise their experience
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and local attractions

- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or customer-facing role preferred
- Friendly, confident, and professional manner
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
