Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with professionalism and friendliness
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service of food and drinks
- Maximise sales opportunities while maintaining service standards
- Follow company procedures and ensure compliance with health & food safety regulations
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or bar
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Knowledge of health & safety and food safety standards
- Passion for providing high-quality customer service
- Reliable and flexible for day, evening, and weekend shifts
