About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our pub team in Godstone.
As part of the management team, you’ll support the General Manager and step up to lead the pub when required. You’ll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences, inspiring your team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in achieving financial targets and business KPIs
- Lead, inspire, and motivate the pub team on every shift
- Deputise for the GM and take accountability for pub operations when required
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Foster a positive team culture built on passion and performance
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar Assistant or Deputy Manager role (ideally in a branded pub or hospitality environment)
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to drive results
- Passion for hospitality and customer experience
