Overview
We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about food preparation and hospitality, helping ensure smooth kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation: chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients
- Support chefs during cooking and meal assembly
- Ensure all kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment are clean and hygienic
- Organise ingredients and supplies for efficient workflow
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, restaurant work, or food preparation is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop kitchen skills in a fast-paced environment
