Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Domestic Cleaner to service Airbnb and short-let properties across London. This position is well suited to individuals with experience in hospitality, hotel housekeeping, or short-let property cleaning who can consistently deliver high standards and work efficiently during tight turnaround times between guest stays.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare short-let properties between guest check-out and check-in
- Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Change and neatly present bed linens and towels to a high standard
- Restock essential guest supplies such as toiletries and toilet paper
- Conduct property checks and report any damages or maintenance issues
- Ensure each property meets Airbnb cleanliness and presentation standards
- Complete cleaning tasks within agreed check-in/check-out schedules
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience (Airbnb, short-let, hotel, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Flexible availability, including weekends and short-notice bookings
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties
- Good communication skills
- Legal right to work in the UK
Desirable Skills
- Experience with same-day property turnovers
- Familiarity with Airbnb or short-let property operations
