Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Bartender to join our lively hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, prepare and serve beverages, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Previous experience in bars or restaurants is preferred, along with knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- Greet guests warmly and take orders efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Promote a positive atmosphere and encourage repeat business
- Adhere to all health, safety, and responsible service regulations
- Manage multiple orders effectively during busy periods
Requirements:
- Previous hospitality experience (bars or restaurants preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Enthusiasm for hospitality and guest experience
