Role Overview:
We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Waiter to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience, supporting both guests and colleagues, and maintaining our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally
- Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar
- Provide detailed menu knowledge, including specials and wine selections
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Address guest inquiries and requests with tact and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining or high-end restaurant
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and dedication to exceptional guest experiences
