About the Role
We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. This front-of-house role involves delivering excellent customer service and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests across our venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and friendly table service
- Take orders and serve food and drinks efficiently
- Ensure guests feel welcome and well looked after
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas
- Work collaboratively with team members across different venues
- Deliver a consistently high standard of hospitality
Requirements
- Previous front-of-house experience is preferred, but not essential
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Good attention to detail
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations if needed
