Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. You will help create a welcoming store environment, deliver exceptional customer service, and support sales and merchandising efforts. This role is ideal for someone with retail or customer-facing experience who enjoys engaging with customers and working in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximise sales opportunities and promote products to customers
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, welcoming store atmosphere
- Price products, manage deliveries, and undertake regular stock checks
- Restock shelves and maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
- Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or a customer-facing role is preferred
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Positive, can-do attitude with enthusiasm and energy
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Availability to work at least 1 weekend day, with some flexibility mid-week or for holidays
