About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing drinks, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure every guest has a great experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Follow all food safety and licensing regulations
- Handle cash and process payments efficiently
- Restock bar supplies to ensure smooth service
- Promote responsible drinking and maintain a safe environment
- Work closely with team members during busy periods
- Stay updated on drink recipes, promotions, and industry trends
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a busy bar or restaurant preferred
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic maths skills for handling payments
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management and teamwork skills
