We’re looking for a confident, energetic bartender to join the team at Tropea as we continue to grow.
Following our 2024 expansion, our new bar has become a lively hub for relaxed dining and drinks. We need someone who can help shape the atmosphere—bringing personality, great service, and expertly made drinks to every shift.
The Role
You’ll be at the heart of the bar, creating a warm, welcoming environment for guests while delivering consistently high-quality cocktails and drinks. You’ll manage busy service with ease, stay organised under pressure, and make sure every customer leaves with a great experience.
