Main Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitise kitchen equipment and dishes
- Keep kitchen and storage areas clean
- Dispose of waste and cardboard safely
- Follow food hygiene and health & safety rules
- Support chefs and kitchen staff
Requirements
- Positive and reliable attitude
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
- Enhanced DBS check required
- Experience in catering/hospitality is helpful but not essential
