Aramark UK is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Shop Assistant to join the team at IRC Harmondsworth in West Drayton. This is a unique retail role within the Judicial sector, offering a varied working environment where professionalism and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and confidently operate tills
- Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays
- Receive deliveries, carry out stock checks, and maintain records
- Pick and pack customer orders
- Keep the shop clean, safe, and organised
- Support administrative duties, including answering phone calls and emails
- Occasionally escort customers (prisoners) to and from the shop
Requirements
- Must have lived in the UK continuously for the last 5 years
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK
- Able to pass security vetting and DBS checks
- Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
