About the Role
Park Plaza is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join its housekeeping team. In this role, you’ll help maintain high cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming stay.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed and grow within the company.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning guest rooms to a high standard
- Ensuring public areas remain clean and presentable
- Replacing amenities and preparing rooms for arriving guests
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Responding professionally to guest and team requests
- Following health, safety, and cleanliness procedures at all times

- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure

- Good communication and customer service skills

Pay & Rewards
- Starting pay from £12.71 per hour
- Increased pay up to £14.02 per hour when productivity targets are achieved
- Opportunity to earn up to £15.02 per hour after completing room-check training
- Extra £10 bonus for every room cleaned above daily targets
