💼 Role: Part-Time Care Assistant
- 🕒 Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
- 💷 Pay: £13.04 – £13.81 per hour
- 📋 Contract: Part-Time
📝 Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality homecare services in line with personal care plans
- Support with washing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and medication
- Help with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, cooking, ironing
- Encourage customers to stay active and independent
- Assist with appointments, prescription pick-ups, and hospital discharge support
- Promote health & wellbeing through companionship and physical activity
- Maintain accurate care records using a mobile app
- Communicate effectively with families and team members
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Caring, respectful, and professional attitude
- Good spoken and written English
- Willingness to complete the Care Certificate and NVQ Level 2/3 (fully funded)
- Ability to follow care plans and medication instructions accurately
- Comfortable using a mobile device for schedule and updates
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
