🕐 Flexible Hours – Full-Time & Part-Time Roles Available
We’re especially keen to hear from carers available during:
- Early mornings (7am–9am)
- Evenings (7pm–10pm)
- Alternate weekends OR fixed one-day weekend shifts
🚗 Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Business insurance (essential)
💷 Care Assistant Pay & Benefits:
- Competitive pay: Up to £28 per hour on bank holidays
- Contracted hours available: 10–25 hrs/week based on your availability
- 30p per mile mileage reimbursement (plus HMRC claim-back options)

🧡 What You’ll Do as a Care Assistant:
You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes, helping them live independently and with dignity.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting
- Administering medication (training provided)
- Providing emotional and social support
- Meal prep, feeding, and dietary monitoring
- Assisting with mobility and safe transfers
- Recording care notes and observations
- Maintaining a clean and safe home environment

- A caring and empathetic nature
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to stay calm, patient, and professional
- A team player who can also work independently
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Previous care experience is welcomed but not required
- Must have the right to work in the UK
