About the Role
Sovini Trade Supplies, part of The Sovini Group, is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, reliable, and eager to develop new skills in a supportive and inclusive workplace.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds—previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for customer collection and delivery
- Support customers when collecting materials, providing excellent service
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
- Replenish stock and keep warehouse areas tidy and organised
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
- Operate and learn the warehouse stock management system
- Take part in stock counts and general warehouse duties
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
What We’re Looking For
- A valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence is required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
