Virgin Active is hiring a Childcare Supervisor to oversee our premium Club V childcare facility at our Kensington location in London. We’re looking for qualified professionals who are committed to delivering the highest standards of care while leading a dedicated team of childcare providers.
Key Responsibilities of the Childcare Supervisor
As the Childcare Supervisor at Virgin Active, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations of our childcare facility in the club
- Leading, mentoring, and scheduling a team of childcare professionals
- Hiring and training new team members to deliver top-tier childcare services
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Creating a nurturing, stimulating, and clean environment for children
- Communicating effectively with parents, caregivers, and club members
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in a childcare-related field (Note: Health & Social Care does not meet this requirement)
- Previous experience working in a professional childcare setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for child development and supporting family wellness
- High attention to detail and commitment to safeguarding children
