The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Laundry Supervisor to lead our laundry operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations.
- Manage washing, drying, pressing, folding, and finishing of hotel linen and guest garments.
- Train, support, and motivate laundry team members.
- Ensure the correct handling and care of delicate fabrics and luxury items.
- Work closely with housekeeping and other departments to meet operational requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and order laundry supplies when required.
- Maintain quality control procedures and ensure compliance with hotel standards.
- Promote a safe, organised, and efficient working environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a laundry supervisory role, ideally within hospitality or luxury hotel environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of laundry processes, fabric care, and quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
