The Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Retail Supervisor to join our Northwich store. This is a hands-on position where you will support the day-to-day running of our warehouse-based retail store while supervising a small team of Retail Assistants.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and supporting a team of Retail Assistants
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Serving customers and processing card payments
- Replenishing stock and maintaining product displays
- Ensuring the store remains clean, tidy, and well-organised
- Assisting with the smooth operation of the store
- Handling and moving stock as required
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
- Honest, dependable, and eager to learn
- Punctual, motivated, and professional in their approach
- Confident communicating in English
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying goods
- Experienced in a retail or customer-facing environment
Previous supervisory experience is desirable; however, we also welcome applications from ambitious retail professionals looking to take the next step in their career and develop into a supervisory role.
