Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional shopping experience.
- Help customers choose jewellery that meets their needs and preferences.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and product knowledge.
- Maximise sales by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay informed about current products, promotions, and services.
- Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Skills & Experience
- Previous jewellery retail sales experience is essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Confident in upselling and achieving sales goals.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Working Hours
- 22.5 hours per week
- Day shifts
- 8-hour shifts
