About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. In this role, you will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our guest rooms, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change bed linen, and replenish guest amenities.
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and clean all room surfaces.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly.
- Respond courteously and efficiently to guest requests.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Deliver friendly, professional service at all times.
