About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our store team. Every customer visit is an opportunity to create a positive shopping experience, and you’ll play a key role in making every interaction welcoming, helpful, and memorable.
As part of our team, you’ll receive training across all areas of the store, giving you the skills and confidence to deliver outstanding customer service while supporting day-to-day retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Operate tills accurately while providing a friendly and efficient checkout service.
- Help customers find products and offer knowledgeable advice and recommendations.
- Assist customers with home delivery orders and made-to-measure products using in-store systems.
- Receive deliveries, replenish stock, maintain displays, and ensure products are well presented.
- Update pricing and help keep the store organised, clean, and fully stocked.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations.
