Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning and development.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks.
- Assist with school runs and extracurricular activities when required.
- Maintain children’s daily routines, including naps and bedtime.
- Keep children’s bedrooms, play areas, and belongings clean and organised.
- Communicate professionally with parents about children’s wellbeing, routines, and daily activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ professional childcare experience.
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS certificate suitable for the Child Workforce, including the Children’s Barred List.
- Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (required for immediate starts).
- Excellent professional references.
