About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. If you take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, enjoy working as part of a team, and have a positive attitude, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role, you will help ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming while delivering an excellent experience for hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest bedrooms to a high standard.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum floors, and clean bathrooms.
- Replenish toiletries, towels, and room supplies.
- Clean public areas, including corridors, service areas, and guest facilities.
- Report maintenance issues and lost property.
- Follow health, safety, and housekeeping procedures at all times.
- Work efficiently with the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Friendly, reliable, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively.
