Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operative, you will:
- Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately and on time.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles and shipping containers.
- Receive, store, and replenish stock within the warehouse.
- Process stock movements and courier collections using warehouse systems.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Support goods-in and dispatch operations.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily productivity targets.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- The ability to perform physical warehouse duties.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A Forklift or VNA licence is desirable but not essential.
