What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve beverages and meals with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Recommend food, drinks, and seasonal specials to customers.
- Learn about JW Lees beers and confidently promote the range.
- Support colleagues across the bar and restaurant whenever needed.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous bar or waiting experience is welcome but not essential, as full training is provided.
