About the Role
Verisure is looking for motivated and customer-focused Field Sales Assistants to join its team in Wolverhampton. This role offers a guaranteed salary combined with an uncapped commission structure, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings while building a rewarding sales career.
As a Field Sales Assistant, you’ll meet potential customers, introduce Verisure’s smart security solutions, conduct property security assessments, and recommend tailored alarm systems. You’ll also develop long-term customer relationships and generate new business through referrals and prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert warm leads into successful sales.
- Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing in residential and business areas.
- Conduct security surveys and recommend suitable alarm systems.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage referrals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong motivation and passion for sales.
- Professional and customer-focused approach.
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Access to a vehicle during the first few months of employment.
- Willingness to complete a basic DBS check if successful.
