About the Role
A leading independent drinks supplier is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join its busy warehouse team in Alcester. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with physical work.
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll help ensure stock is received, organised, picked, and prepared for distribution while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload incoming deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Replenish and rotate warehouse stock.
- Pick customer orders accurately for dispatch.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock control.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (full training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Full UK driving licence is required.
- Counterbalance Forklift Licence is desirable.
- Reach Truck Licence is desirable.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
- Able to commute to or relocate to Alcester before starting work.
