As a Bus Driver, you’ll play a vital role in connecting passengers with their workplaces, schools, appointments, and daily activities. You’ll build relationships with regular customers, provide excellent service, and help create safe and positive journeys across the community.
What We Offer

- Monday to Saturday: £14.45 per hour
- Sunday: £15.33 per hour
- Bank Holidays: £25.00 per hour
- Regular pay reviews through ongoing negotiations

Working Hours
- Rotating 5 days out of 7 shift pattern
- Shifts planned up to 6–8 weeks in advance
- Early starts from around 05:30
- Evening finishes up to approximately 23:45
- Average working week of around 45 hours
- 1 in 4 weekends off
- Additional overtime shifts available depending on availability
What We’re Looking For
To join our team, you will need:
- A valid PCV Licence (essential for qualified driver roles)
- No more than 6 points on your driving licence
- Ability to successfully complete a drug and alcohol screening
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
