Shift: Monday to Wednesday, 4:00 PM–9:30 PM or 5:00 PM–10:30 PM
About the Role
Cencora is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join its warehouse team in Leigh. In this role, you will help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. You will play an important role in supporting the healthcare supply chain and helping deliver essential medical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Assemble items according to pick lists and order documentation.
- Work efficiently as part of a warehouse team.
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and free from hazards.
- Follow health and safety policies and warehouse procedures.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to team leaders.
- Carry out other reasonable warehouse duties as required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is preferred.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and order processing.
- Willingness to work with temperature-sensitive products when required.
- CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) qualification is an advantage but not essential.
