About the Role
A welcoming hotel in the heart of Chertsey is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Night Receptionist to join its team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, providing outstanding guest service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in late-arriving guests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the night.
- Respond promptly to guest enquiries and requests.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, the hotel, and its facilities.
- Carry out regular health and safety checks and overnight audits.
- Maintain high standards in guest rooms and public areas.
- Prepare the hotel for breakfast service.
- Complete reception duties and administrative tasks accurately.
- Work independently while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist, hotel, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional personality.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to maintaining high service standards.
