About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment. Working under the guidance of the Housekeeping Manager, you will help ensure that every guest room and public area is clean, comfortable, and ready to welcome our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest bedrooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Ensure all rooms meet the hotel’s brand and quality standards.
- Change and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities in line with company procedures.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
- Complete room cleaning within required timeframes while maintaining quality.
- Work with linen porters to ensure an adequate supply of linen and housekeeping equipment.
- Use, clean, and maintain housekeeping equipment safely and correctly.
- Restock housekeeping trolleys and storage rooms daily.
- Carry out scheduled weekly, monthly, and deep-cleaning tasks as required.
- Follow all Health & Safety and COSHH regulations at all times.
