The Role
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll create memorable experiences for our customers while helping them discover jewellery that suits their style and special moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent, personalised service
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage loyalty
- Share your knowledge and enthusiasm for Pandora jewellery
- Help customers choose products that match their needs and preferences
- Work towards and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Support stock deliveries and maintain high shop-floor standards
- Process customer purchases accurately at the till
- Represent the Pandora brand professionally at all times
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, confident and comfortable communicating with customers
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Sales-focused and motivated by achieving targets
- Interested in jewellery and eager to learn about Pandora products
- Able to work effectively in a busy retail environment
- Reliable, proactive and a strong team player
Previous retail experience is beneficial, but enthusiasm, communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are equally important.
