Roomzzz Manchester City is looking for a friendly, reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities
As a Room Attendant, you will:
- Work closely with the Head Housekeeper to ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for guest arrivals and departures.
- Clean guest rooms to a consistently high standard.
- Vacuum, dust and polish rooms and furnishings.
- Change and replenish bed linen and towels.
- Restock guest supplies and amenities.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Respond politely and professionally to guest needs.
- Help deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Report maintenance issues, defects or other concerns to Management promptly.
- Follow all housekeeping procedures and standards.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in cleanliness and has excellent attention to detail.
- Has high personal standards and a strong work ethic.
- Is committed to providing excellent customer service.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is flexible and reliable.
- Is willing to work weekends and Bank Holidays when required.
Previous experience in a hotel or similar housekeeping role is desirable but not essential.

Working Hours
This is a zero-hours contract working on a rota basis. Shifts may include weekends and Bank Holidays, with the number of hours dependent on hotel occupancy and business requirements.
