About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly Bar Staff to join our team in Manchester.
As a member of our bar team, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, preparing and serving drinks, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and well-organised bar area.
- Follow food hygiene, health and safety procedures.
- Process cash and card payments accurately using the POS system.
- Follow responsible alcohol service procedures and relevant legal requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish drinks and supplies when required.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
- Help create a lively, welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in hospitality, bars or restaurants.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service.
- The ability to work efficiently while handling multiple orders.
- Good basic numeracy and cash-handling skills.
- Strong time-management and organisational skills.
- The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, positive and proactive attitude.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
