About the Role
Aramark UK is looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join its team at Accenture in central London.
You will prepare high-quality hot and cold drinks, provide excellent customer service and support the day-to-day operation of the catering unit.
Previous barista experience is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks according to company standards.
- Create quality coffees and develop latte art skills.
- Operate the till and process cash and card payments accurately.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Upsell products and drink sizes where appropriate.
- Serve packaged and made-to-order food and cakes.
- Follow all food safety and health and safety procedures.
- Clean and maintain the bar and dining areas.
- Sweep, mop and dispose of rubbish as required.
- Complete daily cleaning duties and ensure the unit remains presentable.
- Replenish and rotate stock throughout the day.
- Check dates and ensure stock is correctly organised and displayed.

- Willing to learn and develop new skills.
- Previous barista experience is an advantage but not essential.

Essential Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have lived in the UK for the previous 5 years.
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Be able to pass the required security vetting and DBS checks.
