About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly Catering Staff to join a busy catering team in Trafford. This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy working with customers and want to develop their hospitality and catering skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up catering and dining areas with tableware, linens, and decorations.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with food preparation, including plating, garnishing, and portioning.
- Clear tables and keep service areas clean and organised.
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures at all times.
- Support colleagues during busy events and service periods.
- Respond to guest questions and provide helpful, courteous service.
- Help ensure events run smoothly and guests have a positive experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or events is desirable.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Good attention to detail and a clean, organised approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude.
