About the Role
Flying Tiger Copenhagen is looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and flexible Sales Assistant to join our store team at Tottenham Court Road.
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be one of our brand ambassadors, helping create a fun and welcoming shopping experience while supporting the day-to-day running of the store.
This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, working as part of a team and taking on different responsibilities.
Working Hours
You must be fully flexible and available to work Monday to Sunday, including weekends.
Shifts may vary and can include:
- Early starts to help with deliveries
- Later shifts to support store closing
- Weekday and weekend shifts
- Additional hours of up to 24 hours per week, depending on business needs
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Assistant, you will:
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the Flying Tiger brand
- Help drive sales through positive customer interactions
- Receive and process deliveries
- Price and merchandise products
- Replenish stock throughout the store
- Keep the shop floor clean, organised and visually appealing
- Help maintain high presentation standards
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Complete tasks independently when required
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the store

Previous retail experience is useful, but the right attitude, energy and willingness to learn are equally important.
