About the Role
Abbeycliffe is a friendly, family-run residential care home in Radcliffe, Bury, caring for up to 40 residents.
We are looking for a Domestic Assistant / Cleaner to join our team and help maintain a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily cleaning and domestic duties throughout the care home
- Keep resident areas and communal spaces clean and hygienic
- Follow appropriate cleaning and hygiene procedures
- Work efficiently while maintaining high standards
- Support the wider team when required
- Help create a safe, pleasant environment for residents and staff
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience
- Good spoken English
- A positive and friendly attitude
- A strong work ethic and reliable approach
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
